Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah (born in India) is a Indian actor, singer-songwriter and performer. She works primarily with Tamil and Malayalam movies. Her first appearance as an actor was in the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam in addition to her Malayalam d but with Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah was born in Anglo-Indian born at Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Her father is a lawyer in the Madras High Court. She has one younger sister who is a resident of Leuven Belgium as an assistant to research. Jeremiah was born near Chennai she attended National Public School before graduating from Women's Christian College. Andrea was a the classical piano at eighteen, was classified as a "geek" and aspired to become a psychiatrist until her board exam in 12th grade. At age 10 she was a part of a Jackson Five-style troupe called Young Stars which formed the foundation of her musical and singing career. The actress was also a stage artist in her college and was a part of several stage plays organised by The Madras Players and EVAM. Andrea was the president of the Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea started the acting profession as a child actress as a child actor in Girish Karnad Nagamandala.
